1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Qwiktop ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

2. Service Description

Qwiktop is a self-serve VTU (Virtual Top-Up) platform that enables users in Ghana to purchase airtime, data bundles, cable TV subscriptions, electricity tokens, and other digital services.

3. User Accounts

You must provide accurate information during registration. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account PIN. Qwiktop is not liable for unauthorized access caused by your negligence.

4. Transactions

All transactions are final once the service has been delivered to the beneficiary number. Failed transactions will be refunded to your wallet balance. Qwiktop reserves the right to suspend accounts engaged in fraudulent activity.

5. Wallet & Payments

Funds loaded into your wallet are non-refundable except in cases of failed service delivery. Wallet balances cannot be transferred to third parties except through the platform's P2P transfer feature.

6. Reseller Terms

Resellers operate as independent agents. Qwiktop provides the platform infrastructure but does not guarantee specific earnings. Resellers are responsible for their own tax obligations.

7. Limitation of Liability

Qwiktop shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount of the specific transaction in dispute.

8. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
